Gatecard offer a refund guarantee for our digital codes in case the code sent does not work and we will do everything to help you solve this problem. You can also reach customer service through the chat on the site.
The process of refunding the amounts through bank transfer / electronic payment may take from 24 hours to 7 working days
3% of the refunded amount will be deducted in case the method used for payment - Visa / Master Card, in exchange for bank fees -
